摘  要:本研究聚焦于小学教育中家校沟通机制的优化问题,首先阐述了家校沟通的基本概念、意义及其理论基础,包括沟通理论在教育领域的应用和教育学视角下的家校沟通。随后,通过深入分析当前小学家校沟通机制在沟通渠道、内容、主体及环境文化等方面存在的问题,本研究揭示了家校沟通中的现实困境。针对这些问题,本研究提出了相应的优化策略,包括拓宽与改进沟通渠道、丰富与深化沟通内容、提升沟通主体的能力与意识以及营造良好的沟通环境与文化。通过实证研究与案例分析,本研究验证了优化策略的有效性,为小学家校沟通机制的完善提供了理论依据与实践指导,旨在促进家校共育的深入发展,提升小学教育质量。

Research on the optimization of home-school communication mechanism in primary school education 

Abstract:This study focuses on the optimization of home-school communication mechanism in primary education, and first expounds the basic concept, significance and theoretical basis of home-school communication, including the application of communication theory in the field of education and home-school communication from the perspective of pedagogy. Subsequently, through in-depth analysis of the current communication mechanism and environmental culture in the communication channel, content, subject and environmental culture, this study reveals the practical difficulties in home-school communication. In view of these problems, this study proposes corresponding optimization strategies, including broadening and improving communication channels, enriching and deepening communication content, enhancing the ability and consciousness of communication subjects, and creating a good communication environment and culture. Through empirical research and case analysis, this study verifies the effectiveness of the optimization strategy, and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the improvement of the home-school communication mechanism in primary schools, aiming to promote the in-depth development of home-school co-education and improve the quality of primary school education.
