摘 要
本文旨在探讨科技金融与绿色金融的融合发展，首先概述了两者的基础理论。科技金融被定义为金融与科技创新深度融合的产物，包括政策性金融、商业性金融及金融科技等多种类型，旨在通过技术手段提升金融服务效率。绿色金融则聚焦于支持环境保护、应对气候变化及促进资源高效利用的金融活动。随后，文章分析了科技金融与绿色金融融合的必要性，强调其能推动绿色可持续发展，破解绿色金融发展难题，并助力实现“双碳”目标。然而，在融合发展过程中，两者面临数据统计和信息披露制度不健全、数据缺失及技术创新不足等挑战，政策法规体系不完善和市场认知有限亦成为阻碍因素。为应对这些挑战，本文提出了优化路径，包括建立信息平台体系以推动数据共享，完善政策制度设计，引入外部技术资源以加强技术创新，同时完善政策法规体系并加强市场宣传和教育，以提升市场认知度和接受度。通过这些措施，有望促进科技金融与绿色金融的深度融合，共同推动经济社会的绿色转型和可持续发展展。

Abstract
This article aims to explore the integration and development of technology finance and green finance, and first outlines the basic theories of the two. Technology finance is defined as the product of the deep integration of finance and technological innovation, including policy finance, commercial finance, and fintech, aiming to improve the efficiency of financial services through technological means. Green finance focuses on financial activities that support environmental protection, address climate change, and promote efficient resource utilization. Subsequently, the article analyzed the necessity of integrating technology finance and green finance, emphasizing that it can promote green sustainable development, solve the problems of green finance development, and help achieve the "dual carbon" goal. However, in the process of integration and development, the two face challenges such as incomplete data statistics and information disclosure systems, missing data, and insufficient technological innovation. The imperfect policy and regulatory system and limited market awareness also become obstacles. To address these challenges, this article proposes optimization paths, including establishing an information platform system to promote data sharing, improving policy and institutional design, introducing external technological resources to strengthen technological innovation, while improving policy and regulatory systems and strengthening market promotion and education to enhance market awareness and acceptance. Through these measures, it is expected to promote the deep integration of technology finance and green finance, and jointly promote the green transformation and sustainable development of the economy and society.
