Abstract


With the increasingly severe global environmental problems, green management has become a key path for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. This paper deeply discusses the multiple impacts of green management on enterprise competitiveness and its implementation optimization strategy. The study found that green management can not only help enterprises establish green brand image and enhance brand value, but also significantly reduce production costs and enhance market competitiveness through energy conservation, emission reduction and resource recycling. At the same time, green management promotes enterprises to better comply with environmental laws and regulations, reduce environmental compliance risks, and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises. To optimize green management practices, this paper proposes a series of path choices. First of all, enterprises should establish the concept of green development, integrate environmental protection into enterprise strategic planning, and ensure the long-term and sustainability of green management goals. Secondly, strengthen the green management of supply chain, select suppliers and partners that meet environmental standards, and jointly build a green supply chain system. Moreover, enterprises should increase green technology research and development and innovation, promote the green upgrading of products and services, and meet the growing green consumption demand of the market. In addition, a sound environmental performance evaluation system will be established to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of green management in real time and provide data support for continuous optimization. Finally, strengthen staff training and education, enhance the environmental awareness of all staff, and form a top-down green corporate culture atmosphere.
