随着信息技术的迅猛发展和市场竞争的日益激烈,企业数字化转型已成为不可逆转的趋势。然而,在这一转型过程中,创新管理面临着诸多挑战,如层级结构僵化导致的决策效率低下、部门壁垒严重阻碍跨部门协作与资源共享等。本文旨在深入探讨这些挑战,并提出相应的创新管理策略,以助力企业成功实现数字化转型。具体而言,本文首先分析了数字化转型背景下创新管理面临的挑战,指出层级结构僵化限制了企业的灵活性和响应速度,而部门壁垒则阻碍了信息的流通与整合。随后,本文提出了一系列创新管理策略,包括推动组织结构的扁平化改革,以加快决策流程、促进信息透明;加强跨部门沟通与协作,打破壁垒,实现资源高效配置;利用大数据、人工智能等先进技术,优化业务流程,提升创新能力;同时,构建开放包容的企业文化,鼓励员工参与创新,激发组织活力。这些策略的实施,将有助于企业克服数字化转型中的管理难题,提升整体竞争力。最后,本文强调了创新管理在数字化转型中的重要性,并呼吁企业界和学术界共同关注这一领域的研究与实践,以推动数字化转型的深入发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and the increasingly fierce market competition, the digital transformation of enterprises has become an irreversible trend. However, in this transformation process, innovation management is faced with many challenges, such as low decision-making efficiency caused by rigid hierarchical structure, and departmental barriers seriously hinder cross-departmental collaboration and resource sharing. This paper aims to explore these challenges in depth and propose corresponding innovative management strategies to help enterprises successfully achieve digital transformation. To be specific, this paper first analyzes the challenges faced by innovation management under the background of digital transformation, and points out that the rigidity of hierarchical structure limits the flexibility and response speed of enterprises, while the departmental barriers hinder the circulation and integration of information. Subsequently, this paper proposes a series of innovative management strategies, including promoting the flat reform of organizational structure to accelerate the decision-making process and promote information transparency; strengthen cross-department communication and collaboration, break barriers and realize efficient allocation of resources; use big data, artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies to optimize business processes and enhance innovation ability; at the same time, build an open and inclusive enterprise culture to encourage employees to participate in innovation and stimulate the vitality of the organization. The implementation of these strategies will help enterprises to overcome the management difficulties in the digital transformation and improve the overall competitiveness. Finally, this paper highlights the importance of innovation management in digital transformation, and calls on the business community and academia to focus on research and practice in this field to promote the deepening of digital transformation.
