摘 要
随着全球数字化浪潮的推进,传统外贸型中小企业面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。本文深入探讨了传统外贸型中小企业在数字化转型过程中所面临的障碍,并提出了相应的对策。在技术层面,中小企业普遍存在技术基础薄弱、专业人才短缺以及员工培训成本高等问题,这限制了其数字化转型的速度和深度。为应对这些挑战,企业应积极引入外部技术支持,加大技术投入,同时加强校企合作,培养并吸引更多专业人才。此外,利用在线资源和内部讲师制度降低培训成本,也是解决人才问题的有效途径。在组织架构和流程方面,传统外贸型中小企业常因组织架构僵化、层级过多和流程繁琐而阻碍数字化转型。本文建议企业实施扁平化管理,强化跨部门协作,减少管理层级,并优化业务流程,以提高决策效率和响应速度。通过灵活调整组织架构和简化流程,企业能够更好地适应市场变化和客户需求,传统外贸型中小企业要实现数字化转型,需从技术、人才、组织架构和流程等多个方面入手,采取综合性的对策。通过加强技术投入、人才培养、组织架构优化和流程改进,企业能够克服数字化转型中的障碍,提升竞争力,实现可持续发展。本文的研究为传统外贸型中小企业在数字化转型过程中提供了有益的借鉴和参考。

Abstract
With the advancement of the global digital wave, the traditional foreign trade small and medium-sized enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This paper deeply discusses the obstacles faced by the traditional foreign trade SMEs in the process of digital transformation, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. At the technical level, smes generally have the problems of weak technical foundation, shortage of professionals and high staff training costs, which limits the speed and depth of their digital transformation. In order to cope with these challenges, enterprises should actively introduce external technical support, increase technology investment, and strengthen school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate and attract more professional talents. In addition, using online resources and internal lecturer system to reduce the training cost is also an effective way to solve the talent problem. In terms of organizational structure and process, the traditional small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises often hinder the digital transformation due to the rigid organizational structure, too many levels and cumbersome processes. This paper suggests that enterprises implement flat management, strengthen cross-department collaboration, reduce management levels, and optimize business processes to improve decision-making efficiency and response speed. Through flexible adjustment of organizational structure and simplified process, enterprises can better adapt to market changes and customer needs. For traditional foreign trade small and medium-sized enterprises to realize digital transformation, they need to adopt comprehensive countermeasures from technology, talent, organizational structure and process, and other aspects. By strengthening technology input, talent training, organizational structure optimization, and process improvement, enterprises can overcome the obstacles in the digital transformation, enhance their competitiveness, and achieve sustainable development. The research in this paper provides useful reference for traditional foreign trade enterprises in the process of digital transformation.
