Abstract
This paper summarizes the application of automatic testing equipment in mechanical manufacturing and its challenges and improvement countermeasures. Firstly, the definition, classification and working principle of automatic detection equipment are introduced. Subsequently, the application of automatic testing equipment in mechanical manufacturing, including integration, quality control, fault diagnosis and maintenance. However, automatic testing equipment in machinery manufacturing also faces challenges such as high technology integration difficulty, professional talent shortage, weak infrastructure, and investment and cost problems. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures, including strengthening the technology integration, strengthening the talent training and introduction, improving the infrastructure construction, and optimizing the investment and cost. The implementation of these countermeasures will help to improve the application effect of automatic testing equipment in machinery manufacturing, and promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and high-quality development of manufacturing industry.
