摘要

本文详细探讨了3D打印用水泥基复合材料的制备技术及其性能优化。分析制备材料的选择,明确了原材料的种类与性能要求,并提出了选择依据与配比原则。详细讨论制备过程中的影响因素,包括原材料性能、制备工艺参数以及制备环境对材料性能的影响。建立完善的性能表征体系,对3D打印用水泥基复合材料的物理性能、力学性能、耐久性能和可打印性能进行了全面表征。针对性能表征结果,提出了原材料配比优化、制备工艺参数调整、添加剂的选择与应用以及性能测试与反馈调整等优化策略,以实现3D打印用水泥基复合材料的性能提升。本研究旨在通过科学的原材料选择和配比、优化的制备工艺和合理的添加剂应用,制备出性能优良的3D打印用水泥基复合材料。同时,通过系统的性能表征和反馈调整,不断提高材料的性能,以满足3D打印技术的需求。本研究不仅为3D打印用水泥基复合材料的制备提供了理论指导,也为相关领域的进一步研究提供了参考。

Abstract


This article discusses in detail the preparation technology and performance optimization of cement-based composite materials for 3D printing. Analyze the selection of preparation materials, clarify the types and performance requirements of raw materials, and propose selection criteria and proportion principles. Detailed discussion on the influencing factors during the preparation process, including raw material properties, preparation process parameters, and the impact of preparation environment on material properties. A comprehensive performance characterization system has been established to comprehensively characterize the physical properties, mechanical properties, durability, and printability of cement-based composite materials for 3D printing. Based on the performance characterization results, optimization strategies such as raw material ratio optimization, preparation process parameter adjustment, selection and application of additives, and performance testing and feedback adjustment were proposed to achieve performance improvement of cement-based composite materials for 3D printing. This study aims to prepare high-performance cement-based composite materials for 3D printing through scientific selection and proportioning of raw materials, optimized preparation processes, and reasonable application of additives. At the same time, by characterizing the performance of the system and adjusting feedback, the material's performance is continuously improved to meet the needs of 3D printing technology. This study not only provides theoretical guidance for the preparation of cement-based composite materials for 3D printing, but also provides reference for further research in related fields.
