Summary: Data governance is an important issue that cannot be ignored in the development of modern society. This article focuses on data governance and conducts in-depth research on data classification, risk assessment, data collection, quality assurance, data storage, access control, data sharing, and architecture construction. Firstly, the importance and value of data governance were elaborated through the research background and significance. Secondly, the research ob jectives and methods were clarified in order to provide feasible solutions and strategies. In the literature review section, the definition and importance of data governance were discussed, as well as its relationship with the construction of legal and regulatory systems. In addition, the organization and process design of data governance were studied, providing theoretical support for practice. In the practice and methodology section, data classification and risk assessment methods, data collection and quality assurance methods, data storage and access control methods, as well as data sharing and architecture construction methods were introduced, providing guidance for the implementation of data governance. In the development trends and policy recommendations section, the challenges and opportunities of emerging technologies for data governance were analyzed, and suggestions for revising and improving data governance laws and regulations were proposed.
