计算机视觉在交通监控系统中的设计与应用


摘    要

随着城市化进程的加快和交通流量的不断增加,传统的交通监控系统已难以满足对实时性、准确性和智能化管理的需求。计算机视觉技术的快速发展,为交通监控系统的设计与应用带来了新的解决方案。本文旨在探讨计算机视觉在交通监控系统中的设计与应用,分析其技术特点、应用实例以及未来的发展趋势。计算机视觉技术通过模拟人类视觉系统,实现对图像和视频数据的自动分析和处理。在交通监控系统中,计算机视觉技术发挥着至关重要的作用。首先,它能够通过图像识别和分析算法,实时监测道路上的车辆、行人等交通参与者,并准确提取出车牌号码、车型、颜色等关键信息。这些信息对于交通管理部门进行交通流量统计、违法行为监测和车辆调度具有重要意义。在交通监控系统的设计中,计算机视觉技术可以实现多个功能模块的集成。例如,车辆识别与跟踪模块能够准确识别道路上的车辆,并跟踪其运动轨迹,为交通流量统计和违法行为监测提供数据支持。交通事件检测模块则能够实时分析视频图像中的目标运动轨迹,自动检测交通事故、拥堵、逆行、违停等交通违法行为,并及时报警通知相关人员进行处理。这些功能模块的结合,使得交通监控系统具备了高度的智能化和自动化水平。

Abstract 
With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous increase of traffic flow, the traditional traffic monitoring system has been difficult to meet the needs of real-time, accuracy and intelligent management. The rapid development of computer vision technology has brought new solutions for the design and application of traffic monitoring system. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the design and application of computer vision in traffic monitoring system, analyze its technical characteristics, application examples and future development trend. Computer vision technology realizes the automatic analysis and processing of image and video data by simulating human vision system. In the traffic monitoring system, computer vision technology plays a vital role. First, it can monitor traffic participants such as vehicles and pedestrians on the road in real time through image recognition and analysis algorithms, and accurately extract key information such as license plate numbers, models, and colors. This information is of great significance for traffic management departments to carry out traffic flow statistics, illegal behavior monitoring and vehicle scheduling. In the design of traffic monitoring system, computer vision technology can realize the integration of multiple functional modules. For example, the vehicle identification and tracking module can accurately identify vehicles on the road and track their movements, providing data support for traffic flow statistics and illegal behavior monitoring. The traffic event detection module can analyze the target movement trajectory in the video image in real time, automatically detect traffic violations such as traffic accidents, congestion, reverse traffic, and parking violations, and timely alarm and notify the relevant personnel to deal with it. The combination of these functional modules makes the traffic monitoring system have a high level of intelligence and automation.
