Abstract
This paper aims to explore the causes of distraction in primary school classroom and propose corresponding countermeasures. Through the in-depth analysis of the current distraction phenomenon in primary school classroom, it is found that the main causes include individual factors such as sleep deprivation, fatigue, poor learning environment, rigid teaching methods, and parents' casual guidance. Together, these factors make it difficult for students to maintain lasting attention in class, which further affects the learning effect. For these causes, this paper proposes a series of countermeasures. First of all, students should ensure adequate sleep, develop good habits of work and rest, and reduce the impact of fatigue on study. Secondly, schools and parents should work together to create a quiet and comfortable learning environment, reduce external interference, and improve students' focus on learning. In addition, teachers should adopt diversified teaching methods to increase the interest and interactivity of the classroom and stimulate students' interest in learning. At the same time, parents also need to guide their children correctly, make clear their learning goals, and reduce unnecessary interference. Through the implementation of these countermeasures, it can effectively alleviate the distraction of primary school classroom and improve students' learning efficiency and interest. The research in this paper not only helps teachers to better manage the classroom and improve the teaching effect, but also provides a good learning environment for students to help them grow and develop better.
