水泥混凝土路面的病害与防治

摘要

本研究聚焦于水泥混凝土路面的常见病害类型及其特点,并探讨了影响这些病害产生的关键因素。水泥混凝土路面作为现代交通网络的重要组成部分,其质量和性能直接关系到行车安全和道路使用寿命。本研究首先分类并分析了断裂类病害、竖向位移类病害、接缝类病害和层类病害的特点和成因,为后续的防治措施提供了理论基础。在影响水泥混凝土路面病害的因素方面,本研究从材料因素、施工质量、环境因素三个方面进行了深入探讨。材料因素涉及水泥、骨料等原材料的性能,施工质量则关注搅拌、浇筑、振捣、养护等施工环节的质量控制,而环境因素则涵盖了温度、湿度、荷载等外部条件对路面性能的影响。基于上述分析,本研究提出了针对水泥混凝土路面病害的防治措施。在预防措施方面,强调了从设计、施工、养护等各个环节进行质量控制的重要性,以减少病害的发生。对于已出现的病害,本研究提出了裂缝修补技术、错台、拱起和沉陷的处理方法,以及表层类病害的修复技术,旨在及时修复病害,恢复路面的使用性能。本研究不仅为水泥混凝土路面的设计、施工和养护提供了科学依据和技术支持,也为相关领域的科研和工程实践提供了有价值的参考。通过系统研究和分析,本研究旨在促进水泥混凝土路面技术的发展,提高道路的使用寿命和行车安全性。

Abstract


This study focuses on the common types and characteristics of diseases on cement concrete pavement, and explores the key factors affecting the occurrence of these diseases. As an important component of modern transportation networks, the quality and performance of cement concrete pavement are directly related to driving safety and road service life. This study first classified and analyzed the characteristics and causes of fracture type diseases, vertical displacement type diseases, joint type diseases, and layer type diseases, providing a theoretical basis for subsequent prevention and control measures. In terms of factors affecting the diseases of cement concrete pavement, this study conducted in-depth exploration from three aspects: material factors, construction quality, and environmental factors. The material factor involves the performance of raw materials such as cement and aggregates, while the construction quality focuses on the quality control of construction processes such as mixing, pouring, vibration, and maintenance. Environmental factors cover the impact of external conditions such as temperature, humidity, and load on road performance. Based on the above analysis, this study proposes prevention and control measures for cement concrete pavement diseases. In terms of preventive measures, the importance of quality control from various aspects such as design, construction, and maintenance was emphasized to reduce the occurrence of diseases. For the existing diseases, this study proposes crack repair techniques, methods for handling misalignment, arching, and settlement, as well as repair techniques for surface diseases, aiming to timely repair the diseases and restore the performance of the road surface. This study not only provides scientific basis and technical support for the design, construction, and maintenance of cement concrete pavement, but also provides valuable references for scientific research and engineering practice in related fields. Through systematic research and analysis, this study aims to promote the development of cement concrete pavement technology, improve the service life and driving safety of roads.
