摘 要
肉毒杆菌毒素是一种极度危险的生物毒素,极易导致人体瘫痪、甚至死亡。随着人们对食品安全问题的关注加强,肉毒杆菌检测技术的发展变得越来越重要。目前,肉毒杆菌检测技术主要包括基于免疫学和分子生物学的检测技术。其中,基于免疫学的技术应用最广泛,可检测肉毒杆菌毒素的存在。而基于分子生物学的检测技术,如PCR技术,具有更快、更灵敏和更准确的特点。此外,肉毒杆菌检测技术广泛应用于环境研究、临床诊断、生物恐怖袭击防控、医药研发等领域,发挥重要作用。在未来,需要进一步推进技术的提高和拓展其应用领域,确保人类的健康与安全。

Abstract
Botulinum toxin is an extremely dangerous biological toxin that can easily lead to paralysis and even death. With the increasing focus on food safety issues, the development of botulinum toxin detection technology has become increasingly important. At present, the detection technology of botulinum toxin mainly includes the detection techniques based on immunology and molecular biology. Among these, immunology-based techniques are the most widely used and can detect the presence of botulinum toxin. While molecular biology-based detection techniques, such as PCR techniques, are faster, more sensitive and more accurate. In addition, botulinum toxin detection technology is widely used in environmental research, clinical diagnosis, bioterrorism attack prevention and control, pharmaceutical research and development and other fields, playing an important role.
