摘 要
本文研究了基于物联网的机械设备远程监控与维护系统的应用。首先介绍了物联网技术的基础,包括其定义、构成及在机械设备监控中的优势。随后,详细探讨了物联网在机械设备监控中的具体应用,如实时数据传输与监控、联网控制与远程操作、故障预警与维护优化以及供应链透明化与优化。然而,物联网在机械设备监控应用中也存在一些问题,如数据传输与通信的可靠性、设备兼容性与标准化、数据安全性与隐私保护以及维护与升级的成本与难度。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的优化策略,旨在提高物联网在机械设备监控中的可靠性和效率。本研究为基于物联网的机械设备远程监控与维护系统的进一步应用提供了理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract
This paper studies the application of remote monitoring and maintenance system of mechanical equipment based on Internet of Things. Firstly, the foundation of Internet of Things technology is introduced, including its definition, composition and advantages in mechanical equipment monitoring. Then, the specific applications of the Internet of Things in mechanical equipment monitoring are discussed in detail, such as real-time data transmission and monitoring, networked control and remote operation, fault warning and maintenance optimization, and supply chain transparency and optimization. However, there are also some problems in the application of the Internet of Things in mechanical equipment monitoring, such as the reliability of data transmission and communication, equipment compatibility and standardization, data security and privacy protection, and the cost and difficulty of maintenance and upgrade. To solve these problems, this paper proposes corresponding optimization strategies to improve the reliability and efficiency of the Internet of Things in mechanical equipment monitoring. This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the further application of the remote monitoring and maintenance system of mechanical equipment based on the Internet of Things.
