摘 要
本文探讨了智能制造背景下工业机器人的编程与应用问题。首先介绍了工业机器人技术基础,包括工业机器人概述、编程技术和感知与控制系统。接着分析了智能制造对工业机器人编程与应用的影响,如编程灵活性与可扩展性需求的增加、智能化与自动化水平的提升、应用领域的拓展与深化以及对编程人员技能要求的提高。文章还指出了工业机器人在应用中存在的问题,如安全性、易用性与灵活性不足、成本与技术问题以及规模化与产业基础薄弱等。针对这些问题,本文提出了优化策略,包括增强安全性设计与防护措施、提高机器人的易用性与灵活性、降低成本并优化技术以及加强产业协同与规模化发展。通过本文的研究,旨在为智能制造背景下工业机器人的编程与应用提供有益的参考和借鉴。

Abstract
This paper discusses the programming and application of industrial robots under the background of intelligent manufacturing. Firstly, the basic technology of industrial robot is introduced, including the overview of industrial robot, programming technology and sensing and control system. Then it analyzes the influence of intelligent manufacturing on the programming and application of industrial robots, such as the increase of programming flexibility and scalability, the improvement of intelligence and automation level, the expansion and deepening of application fields and the improvement of programming personnel skills. The paper also points out the problems existing in the application of industrial robots, such as insufficient safety, ease of use and flexibility, cost and technical problems, as well as the weak scale and industrial foundation. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward optimization strategies, including enhancing safety design and protection measures, improving the ease of use and flexibility of robots, reducing costs and optimizing technology, and strengthening industrial collaboration and scale development. Through the research of this paper, the purpose is to provide useful reference for the programming and application of industrial robots under the background of intelligent manufacturing.
