摘 要
本文聚焦于精密机械制造中的质量控制与检测技术,旨在探讨其在实际应用中的关键问题和优化策略。文章首先概述了精密机械制造的质量控制体系,包括质量标准、规范及预防性控制策略。随后,详细分析了传统与现代检测技术的特点,特别是非接触式与微纳尺度检测技术的发展。然而,质量控制与检测技术在应用中也面临检测标准不明确、仪器设备不完备、专业技术人员短缺及数据管理与分析薄弱等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了明确和完善检测标准、加强检测设备投入与更新、加强专业技术人才培养及加强数据管理与分析等优化策略。本文的研究对于提升精密机械制造的质量与效率具有重要意义,为相关领域的实践提供了有价值的参考。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the quality control and inspection technology of precision machinery manufacturing, aiming to discuss the key problems and optimization strategies in its practical application. Firstly, the quality control system of precision machinery manufacturing, including quality standard, specification and preventive control strategy, is summarized in this paper. Then, the characteristics of traditional and modern detection technology are analyzed in detail, especially the development of non-contact and micro - and nano-scale detection technology. However, the application of quality control and inspection technology also faces some problems, such as unclear testing standards, incomplete instruments and equipment, shortage of professional and technical personnel and weak data management and analysis. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some optimization strategies, such as clarifying and perfecting the testing standards, strengthening the investment and updating of testing equipment, strengthening the training of professional and technical personnel, and strengthening the management and analysis of data. The research of this paper is of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of precision machinery manufacturing, and provides a valuable reference for the practice in related fields.
