摘要
在新一轮新能源革命的背景下,电力系统的稳定运行已成为一个亟待解决的问题。文章主要讨论了电网稳定性的概述、分析方法和提高电网稳定性的措施。在《电网稳定性概论》一节中,本文首先介绍了电力系统稳定性的基本概念和国内外研究现状,重点讨论了电力系统稳定性分析的难点。然后,系统地研究了电力系统稳定性特征及相关指标,电力系统稳定问题的分类和特征,电力系统稳定分析的基本方法和实现途径。文章的最后,对如何改善电力系统的稳定问题进行了论述。在此基础上,着重从能量和电源结构优化、电力系统自动控制和保护系统的构建、新型电力设备的使用和设备更新三个角度,对电力系统稳定运行的对策进行了探讨。通过本项目的研究,可为电网企业的稳定分析提供基本理论依据,并可为我国电网的安全运行与管理提供借鉴。

Abstract
Along with the increase of energy demand and the expanding of the network, the stability of electric power system has become a key problem. In this paper, we will discuss three aspects: a summary of the stability of the power system, the analytical method, and the measures to improve the stability. In this paper, we will summarize the definition of power system stability and the relevant research situation, with emphasis on the analysis of the stability of power system. Then, this paper will discuss the method of analyzing the stability of power system from three aspects, such as stability characteristic and relative index, the classification and features of the stability of power system, the basic method and the way to implement it. At last, this paper will focus on how to enhance the stability of power system. The focus will be on optimizing the structure of energy and electricity generation, the automatic control and protection system of the power system, as well as the application and upgrade of the new electric equipment. Action will be taken to solve the problems of stability in the electricity system. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the practitioners in the electric power industry to improve the stability analysis level and efficiency, and to promote the development and scale of the electric power system.
