本文主要探讨了公司的策略管理如何影响公司的运作效率。本文首先对本文的研究背景及意义进行了简要的说明，认为企业的战略管理是一个非常重要的因素，而经营效率又是一个非常重要的方面。本文从企业战略的概念、发展历程、制定、选择、实施、监控等方面对企业战略进行了详细的论述，为后面的研究工作提供了一定的理论支撑。在运行效率的定义及评价方法中，引入了运行效率与生产率的关系，并对其评价指标体系及方法进行了综述。在企业战略管理与运作效能的关系中，本文从策略的制订、执行及监控三个层面来探讨其对运作效能的作用。

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of strategy management on operation efficiency. This paper gives a brief explanation of the background and meaning of the study, and points out that the company's strategic management is a key factor to the success of the company, and the operating efficiency is the key to the achievement of growth and efficiency. The chapter of SCM gives a detailed account of the conception, history, establishment, selection, execution and supervision of the company's strategy. In the part of operation efficiency concept and method, the relation between operation efficiency and productivity is explained, and an evaluation index and method of operation efficiency is put forward. In the chapter on CSR's influence on business efficiency, it analyses its impact on strategy making, implementing and monitoring, and proposes to optimize the strategy. This includes the establishment of clear strategic ob jectives and plans, the optimal allocation of resources, the enhancement of team cooperation and internal communication, and the continuous monitoring and evaluation of performance.
