ABSTRACT
In this paper, the study and application of the structural stability of face roadway are studied. First of all, this paper introduces the background, meaning and present situation of domestic and foreign research. Then, the paper discusses the stability of the supporting structure in the face tunnel, including the structure features, the method of stability analysis, the classification of rock mass and the theory of compression strength. Then, the establishment of the numerical model, the inversion method of geomechanical parameters, and the analysis of the inversion result are presented. Then, according to the optimal design principle, the optimal design plan is discussed. At last, the paper makes a detailed analysis on the model, the optimum design and the result analysis of the supporting structure of the tunnel. Through the research, we can know more about the stability of the face tunnel and offer the optimum design scheme, which can be used as a reference for the safety of coal mine.
