电子商务平台用户体验与购买意愿的关系研究
摘要:电子商务平台的用户体验对于用户的购买意愿有着重要的影响。本文首先介绍了电子商务平台用户体验的定义、要素以及其重要性和影响因素。随后,探讨了用户体验对电子商务平台整体满意度、忠诚度、购买决策过程以及购买意愿和转化率的影响。研究发现,用户对电子商务平台的整体满意度和忠诚度对其购买意愿有较大的影响;用户体验在购买决策过程中起到重要作用,对用户的购买意愿产生积极的影响;同时,良好的用户体验还能提高用户的购买意愿和转化率。最后,介绍了提升电子商务平台用户体验的策略,包括界面设计和交互设计的优化、商品信息和搜索功能的改进以及客户服务和售后支持的提升。通过采取这些策略,可以有效提升用户对电子商务平台的体验,进而提高其购买意愿和转化率。

Abstract: The user experience of e-commerce platforms has a significant impact on users' purchase intention. This article first introduces the definition, elements, importance, and influencing factors of user experience on e-commerce platforms. Subsequently, the impact of user experience on overall satisfaction, loyalty, purchase decision-making process, purchase intention, and conversion rate of e-commerce platforms was explored. Research has found that users' overall satisfaction and loyalty to e-commerce platforms have a significant impact on their purchase intention; User experience plays an important role in the purchase decision-making process and has a positive impact on users' purchase intention; At the same time, a good user experience can also improve users' willingness to purchase and conversion rate. Finally, strategies for improving the user experience of e-commerce platforms were introduced, including optimization of interface and interaction design, improvement of product information and search functions, and improvement of customer service and after-sales support. By adopting these strategies, users' experience with e-commerce platforms can be effectively improved, thereby increasing their purchase intention and conversion rate.
