在数字化浪潮的推动下,金融科技已成为重塑全球金融服务行业的关键力量。本文深入探讨了金融科技如何推动银行服务创新,从理论与实践的结合视角,全面分析了金融科技提升银行服务效率、促进银行产品创新、推动银行风险管理以及改变银行服务模式的多维度作用。首先,研究概述了金融科技的定义及其核心特征,并结合银行服务创新的理论,为后续分析奠定了理论基础。接着,通过国内外案例分析,展示了金融科技如何在实际中推动银行服务的创新,包括国内银行在金融科技应用上的成功实例和国际银行的创新策略。此外,研究也诚实地评价了金融科技推动银行服务创新过程中遇到的挑战,如技术整合、客户接受度、监管环境及市场竞争等,提出了针对性的对策建议。本研究不仅对银行业务创新具有指导意义,也为监管机构制定相应政策提供了参考。金融科技是银行服务创新的重要推动力。它通过提升服务效率、促进产品创新、推动风险管理和改变服务模式等多方面作用,不断推进银行业的转型升级。然而,这一过程也伴随着技术、市场和监管等方面的挑战,需要银行、科技公司以及监管机构共同努力,以实现金融科技与银行服务的良性互动和共同发展。

Abstract
Driven by the digital wave, financial technology has become a key force in reshaping the global financial services industry. This article delves into how fintech can drive innovation in banking services. From a combination of theoretical and practical perspectives, it comprehensively analyzes the multidimensional effects of fintech in improving banking service efficiency, promoting product innovation, promoting risk management, and changing banking service models. Firstly, the study outlined the definition and core characteristics of fintech, and combined with the theory of banking service innovation, laid a theoretical foundation for subsequent analysis. Subsequently, through domestic and foreign case studies, it was demonstrated how fintech can drive innovation in banking services in practice, including successful examples of fintech applications in domestic banks and innovative strategies in international banks. In addition, the study honestly evaluated the challenges encountered in the process of promoting banking service innovation through fintech, such as technology integration, customer acceptance, regulatory environment, and market competition, and proposed targeted countermeasures and suggestions. This study not only has guiding significance for banking business innovation, but also provides reference for regulatory authorities to formulate corresponding policies. Financial technology is an important driving force for innovation in banking services. It continuously promotes the transformation and upgrading of the banking industry by improving service efficiency, promoting product innovation, promoting risk management, and changing service models. However, this process is also accompanied by challenges in technology, market, and regulation, which require the joint efforts of banks, technology companies, and regulatory agencies to achieve a positive interaction and common development between fintech and banking services.
