Abstract
In this paper, the author analyses the concept of consumer rights, the possible infringement of the consumer's rights, the law of consumer protection, the legal duty of the express delivery company, the ways and means of protecting the consumer's rights, and the solutions to these problems. It is found that there are some problems in the inner management of the express delivery company, such as the narrow channels to protect the consumer's rights, and the related laws are not perfect. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the inner management, perfect the laws and regulations, and improve the efficiency of the protection of consumers' rights. This article is of some significance to the enterprise, the consumer and the related government.
