Problems and effective strategies in preschool education

Abstract: As an important stage of children's education, preschool education aims to lay a solid foundation for children's future study and life. As a key link between preschool education and primary education, preschool connection plays a crucial role in the smooth transition and all-round development of children. However, there are many problems in preschool education, which need to be solved urgently. The purpose of this paper is to analyze these problems and put forward effective solutions to promote the smooth progress of the link between the young and the young. At present, the problem of connecting children in preschool education is mainly manifested in the following aspects: First, the connection between educational content and teaching method is not close enough, which makes it difficult for children to adapt to the learning rhythm and way of primary school after entering school; Second, children's psychological and emotional maladaptation. Due to the change of environment and the change of teachers' role, some children will have anxiety, fear and other negative emotions; Third, parents have insufficient cognition of the connection between young children and lack of necessary psychological preparation and support. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward the following effective strategies: First, strengthen the communication and cooperation between preschool education and primary education, and jointly develop the cohesion plan to ensure the consistency of educational content and the adaptability of teaching methods; Finally, strengthen parent education, improve parents' awareness of the importance of preschool connection, guide parents to actively participate in the process of children's connection, and provide necessary support and help for children.
