互联网+时代下的企业管理模式创新研究
摘要
本研究深入探讨了互联网+时代下企业管理模式的创新。随着互联网技术的快速发展,传统企业管理模式面临严峻挑战,需要进行根本性的变革以适应新时代的需求。通过对国内外研究现状的梳理,本研究明确了研究目的与问题,并基于精益管理理论、数字化管理理论和用户体验理论,提出了互联网+时代企业管理模式创新的理论基础。研究发现,当前企业管理面临的主要问题包括管理理念的滞后、组织架构的僵化、管理模式的陈旧以及人才和技术资源的不足。为解决这些问题,本研究提出了创新策略,包括转变管理理念,由传统的以产品为中心转变为以用户为中心;优化组织架构,使其更加灵活、高效;创新管理模式,引入数字化管理手段,提升管理效率;同时,加强人才和技术资源的投入,培养具备互联网思维和创新能力的复合型人才。本研究对于推动企业管理模式的创新具有重要意义,有助于企业适应互联网+时代的发展要求,提升竞争力。随着技术的不断进步和市场的不断变化,企业管理模式创新将持续深入,本研究为企业管理模式的创新提供了理论支撑和实践指导。

Abstract
This study deeply discusses the innovation of enterprise management mode in the era of Internet +. With the rapid development of Internet technology, the traditional enterprise management mode is facing severe challenges, and fundamental changes are needed to meet the needs of the new era. By combing the research status at home and abroad, this study clarifies the research purpose and problems, and proposes the theoretical basis for enterprise management model innovation in the Internet + era based on lean management theory, digital management theory and user experience theory. It is found that the main problems facing the current enterprise management include the lagging management concept, the rigidity of the organizational structure, the outdated management mode and the shortage of talents and technical resources. In order to solve these problems, this study puts forward innovative strategies, including changing the management concept from traditional product-centered to user-centered; Optimize the organizational structure to make it more flexible and efficient; Innovate management mode, introduce digital management means, improve management efficiency; At the same time, strengthen the investment of talents and technical resources, and cultivate compound talents with Internet thinking and innovation ability.
