摘要
本论文以资料保护法律为基础，讨论了人脸识别系统中的隐私保护问题。首先，论文从面部识别技术、数据保护等相关概念及法律原理出发，探讨了人脸识别在实际应用过程中所涉及到的隐私保护问题。其次，针对上述问题，本文从加强数据保护法的适用范围、加强监管力度以及完善相关的法律法规等方面，给出了相应的政策建议。最后，对全文进行了总结，并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。通过本课题的研究，我们可以看出，在实际应用中，人脸识别技术还面临着更多的隐私问题。要实现对隐私的保护，还应加大对隐私保护的监督力度，健全相关的法律规范，增强对数据保护的适用范围。因此，本项目在深入研究人脸识别算法中，既要注重隐私保护，又要重视人工智能对用户隐私的作用，从而提升用户使用体验。

Abstract
In this paper, we discuss the privacy protection of Face Recognition Based on Data Protection Law. First of all, the thesis begins with the definition and law of Face Recognition and Data Protection Law, and analyses the privacy problems in the application of Face Recognition. Secondly, the author proposes the best solutions, including improving the applicability of the Data Protection Law, enhancing the supervision and improving the level of privacy. In the end, the author makes a summary of the research results and points out the future research. Based on the research, we find that there are a lot of privacy issues in the application of face recognition. For the protection of privacy, we should strengthen the supervision, improve the level of privacy protection, and enhance the applicability of the Data Protection Law. The future research should focus not only on the privacy of face recognition, but also on the impact of AI on privacy, so as to enhance the user experience.
