学前儿童创造力培养的教学策略探究
摘要
本研究深入探讨了学前儿童创造力培养的教学策略。通过详细分析创造力的心理学基础,我们揭示了认知过程和内在动机在创造力形成中的关键作用,同时结合学前教育理论和儿童发展理论,阐述了游戏、整体发展以及环境互动对学前儿童创造力培养的重要性。进一步研究了学前儿童创造力的特点,包括丰富的想象力、强烈的探索欲望、多样的表现欲以及发散性思维,这些特点为制定针对性的教学策略提供了重要依据。然而,在实施过程中,我们也面临着诸多挑战,如教育资源和设施的不足、教师专业知识的缺乏、课程安排的紧凑以及家长对传统学术成就的期望等。针对这些挑战,本研究提出了相应的对策。强调为学前教育提供更多的资源,包括教育材料、设施和活动空间,以支持儿童的创造活动。加强教师在创造力培养方面的专业培训,提升他们的教育理念和教学方法。建议设计足够的时间供儿童进行创造活动,让他们在自由、宽松的环境中充分发挥自己的想象力和创造力。最后,通过宣传和教育,提高家长对创造力重要性的认识,促进家校合作,共同为儿童的全面发展提供支持。

Abstract
This study deeply discusses the teaching strategies of preschool children's creativity cultivation. Through a detailed analysis of the psychological basis of creativity, we reveal the key role of cognitive processes and intrinsic motivation in the formation of creativity. At the same time, combining preschool education theory and child development theory, we elaborate the importance of play, holistic development and environmental interaction in the cultivation of preschool children's creativity. This paper further studies the characteristics of preschool children's creativity, including rich imagination, strong desire to explore, diverse desire to show and divergent thinking, which provides important basis for formulating targeted teaching strategies. However, in the process of implementation, we also face many challenges, such as inadequate educational resources and facilities, lack of teacher expertise, compact curriculum and parents' expectations of traditional academic achievement. In view of these challenges, this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. Emphasis was placed on providing more resources for pre-school education, including educational materials, facilities and activity Spaces to support children's creative activities. Strengthen the professional training of teachers in the cultivation of creativity, improve their educational concepts and teaching methods. It is recommended to design enough time for children to carry out creative activities, so that they can give full play to their imagination and creativity in a free and relaxed environment. Finally, through publicity and education, raise parents' awareness of the importance of creativity, promote home-school cooperation, and jointly provide support for children's all-round development.
This study aims to provide effective teaching strategies for preschool educators and promote the cultivation and development of preschool children's creativity through in-depth analysis of the characteristics, challenges and countermeasures of preschool children's creativity.

Abstract
This study deeply discusses the teaching strategies of preschool children's creativity cultivation.
