兼顾电压稳定的电力系统连锁故障预防策略研究
本文旨在深入探讨电力系统连锁故障的危害性及其预防策略。首先,文章对电力系统连锁故障进行了全面概述,包括其概念、分类和特点,为后续分析奠定了基础。接着,文章详细阐述了电压稳定性评估方法,包括静态、动态和混合评估方法,这些方法对于评估电力系统在故障情况下的稳定性具有重要意义。在分析了电力系统连锁故障的危害性后,本文指出其不仅对供电安全与稳定性造成严重影响,包括直接供电中断和系统稳定性下降,还带来巨大的经济损失,包括直接和间接经济损失。此外,连锁故障还具有广泛的社会影响,可能扰乱社会秩序并威胁公共安全。更重要的是,连锁故障对电力系统产生的长期影响不容忽视,可能导致系统恢复困难和系统可靠性降低。为了有效预防电力系统连锁故障的发生,本文提出了一系列预防策略,强化系统监测与预警,通过完善监测体系和建立预警机制,及时发现潜在风险;提升系统冗余与备份能力,通过增加设备冗余和建立备份系统,确保在故障发生时能够迅速恢复系统运行;优化系统运行与维护策略也至关重要,包括合理调度电力资源和加强设备维护与管理,以提高系统运行的稳定性和可靠性。最后,加强应急响应与恢复能力,通过建立应急响应机制和提升故障恢复能力,确保在故障发生时能够迅速、有效地进行响应和恢复。这些预防策略的实施将有助于提高电力系统的安全性和可靠性,减少连锁故障的发生和影响。

Abstract
This article aims to explore in depth the harmfulness and prevention strategies of cascading faults in the power system. Firstly, the article provides a comprehensive overview of cascading faults in the power system, including their concepts, classifications, and characteristics, laying the foundation for subsequent analysis. Furthermore, the article elaborates on voltage stability evaluation methods, including static, dynamic, and hybrid evaluation methods, which are of great significance for evaluating the stability of power systems under fault conditions. After analyzing the harmfulness of cascading faults in the power system, this article points out that they not only have a serious impact on power supply safety and stability, including direct power interruption and system stability decline, but also bring huge economic losses, including direct and indirect economic losses. In addition, chain failures also have a wide range of social impacts, which may disrupt social order and threaten public safety. More importantly, the long-term impact of cascading failures on the power system cannot be ignored, which may lead to difficulties in system recovery and reduced system reliability. In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of cascading faults in the power system, this article proposes a series of prevention strategies. Firstly, strengthen system monitoring and early warning, by improving the monitoring system and establishing early warning mechanisms, potential risks can be identified in a timely manner. Secondly, enhance system redundancy and backup capabilities by increasing device redundancy and establishing a backup system to ensure rapid recovery of system operation in the event of a failure. In addition, optimizing system operation and maintenance strategies is also crucial, including reasonable scheduling of power resources and strengthening equipment maintenance and management, to improve the stability and reliability of system operation. Finally, strengthen emergency response and recovery capabilities by establishing emergency response mechanisms and enhancing fault recovery capabilities to ensure rapid and effective response and recovery in the event of a fault. The implementation of these preventive strategies will help improve the safety and reliability of the power system, reduce the occurrence and impact of chain failures.
