Abstract
This article first outlines the humanistic management philosophy, which emphasizes putting employees at the center and promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise through respecting, understanding, and caring for them. The concept of human centered management is defined as a management philosophy that focuses on employee needs, emphasizes employee value, and democratic participation. Its characteristics lie in putting people first and pursuing harmonious coexistence between employees and the enterprise. Its core principles include respecting the individual values of employees, paying attention to their needs and growth, and advocating for democratic participation and teamwork. In enterprise management, the application of humanistic management ideas can significantly improve employee satisfaction and loyalty, stimulate their potential and creativity, cultivate their teamwork awareness and innovation ability, and pay attention to their quality of life and development space. These applications not only help improve the overall performance of the enterprise, but also contribute to building a positive and upward corporate culture. However, there are also some problems in the application of humanistic management philosophy. For example, some enterprise management teams have outdated humanistic management concepts, lack of management mechanisms, and inadequate incentive mechanisms. These issues constrain the effective application of humanistic management philosophy in enterprise management. This article proposes corresponding strategies to address these issues. Including updating management concepts and strengthening the management's understanding of humanistic management concepts; Improve management mechanisms to ensure the effective implementation of various management measures; Optimize incentive mechanisms to meet the diverse needs of employees; And broaden the channels for employee development, providing more career development opportunities for employees.
