民营制造企业经营绩效管理问题及对策研究

Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the existing problems of operation performance management of private manufacturing enterprises and its countermeasures. With the increasingly fierce market competition, private manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more challenges, and business performance management, as the core link of enterprise management, is crucial to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and achieve sustainable development. However, in practice, many private manufacturing enterprises have many problems in operation performance management, such as unreasonable setting of performance ob jectives, unscientific performance evaluation methods, and imperfect performance incentive mechanism. These problems not only affect the effect of enterprise performance management, but also restrict the healthy development of enterprises. In view of these problems, this paper analyzes the causes, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Firstly, the enterprise should clarify the ob jectives of performance management to ensure that the performance ob jectives are consistent with the strategic ob jectives of the enterprise; secondly, adopt scientific and reasonable performance evaluation methods to ensure the ob jectivity and impartiality of the evaluation results; finally, establish a perfect performance incentive mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees. Through the implementation of these countermeasures, it can effectively improve the level of performance management of private manufacturing enterprises and promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises. At the same time, the research in this paper also provides a useful reference for the performance management of other types of enterprises.
