本文聚焦于农村公共文化体系建设，旨在深入分析当前体系存在的问题，并提出相应的提升策略。首先，对公共文化体系进行了概念界定，并探讨了农村公共文化体系的功能与目标，旨在明确其在农村社会发展中的重要作用。详细分析了我国农村公共文化体系建设的现状。通过实地调研和数据分析，我们发现农村公共文化设施建设虽有所进展，但整体而言仍显不足；同时，农村公共文化服务的供给也面临诸多挑战，如服务内容单一、服务质量参差不齐等。详细剖析了农村公共文化体系建设面临的主要问题。其中，基础设施不足与资源配置不均、服务体系缺陷与人才匮乏、文化活动单一化与参与度低下等问题尤为突出。此外，政策支持与资金投入不足、文化传承难题与现代文化融合挑战也是制约农村公共文化体系建设的重要因素。提出了提升农村公共文化体系建设的策略。首先，要加强基础设施建设与资源整合，确保农村地区的公共文化设施得到完善；其次，优化农村公共文化服务系统，提升服务质量和效率等。本文通过深入分析农村公共文化体系建设的现状和问题，提出了具有针对性的提升策略，旨在为我国农村公共文化体系建设的完善和发展提供有价值的参考和借鉴。

Abstract
This article focuses on the construction of rural public cultural system, aiming to deeply analyze the problems existing in the current system and propose corresponding improvement strategies. Firstly, the concept of the public cultural system was defined, and the functions and ob jectives of the rural public cultural system were explored, aiming to clarify its important role in the development of rural society. A detailed analysis was conducted on the current situation of the construction of rural public cultural system in China. Through field research and data analysis, we have found that although there has been progress in the construction of rural public cultural facilities, overall it is still insufficient; At the same time, the supply of rural public cultural services also faces many challenges, such as single service content and uneven service quality. Detailed analysis of the main problems faced by the construction of rural public cultural system. Among them, the problems of insufficient infrastructure and uneven resource allocation, service system defects and talent shortage, single cultural activities and low participation are particularly prominent. In addition, insufficient policy support and funding, difficulties in cultural inheritance, and challenges in modern cultural integration are also important factors that constrain the construction of rural public cultural systems.
