Abstract
In today's fiercely competitive business environment, strategic management has become the key for enterprises to achieve sustained competitive advantage. Strategic management involves a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, clarifying the core competitiveness and development direction of the enterprise, and formulating and implementing effective strategic plans. Strategic management provides a clear direction for the development of the enterprise by clarifying its mission, vision, and strategic goals. Its core elements include clear mission and vision, SWOT analysis, and the construction of organizational structure and culture. The main process of strategic management includes three stages: strategic analysis, strategic formulation, and strategic implementation. Through continuous iteration and optimization, it ensures the adaptability and effectiveness of enterprise strategy. From the perspective of strategic management, the path of sustained competitive advantage for enterprises mainly includes market analysis and precise positioning, continuous innovation and research and development, customer value and relationship management, as well as flexible adaptation and rapid response. Enterprises need to have a deep understanding of market demand and competitive trends, improve the quality of products and services through continuous innovation and research and development, and strengthen customer relationship management to build a stable customer base. In addition, enterprises also need to have the ability to adapt flexibly and respond quickly to market changes and challenges.
