农村小学德育存在的问题及解决策略

摘  要：本文旨在探讨农村小学德育的理论基础、重要性、存在的问题以及解决策略。首先，论文定义了德育的基本概念，并阐述了德育的理论依据，包括心理学、教育学和社会学等相关理论。接着，论文分析了德育在农村小学教育中的重要作用，包括塑造健全人格、提升社会适应能力、培养社会责任感以及促进教育公平和推动农村教育发展。然后，论文指出了当前农村小学德育存在的问题，如德育理念滞后、师资力量薄弱、德育资源匮乏以及家庭、学校、社会德育合力不足等。最后，针对这些问题，论文提出了解决策略，包括更新德育理念、创新德育方法、加强德育师资队伍建设、拓展德育资源和构建家庭、学校、社会协同德育机制。

Problems and solutions of moral education in rural primary schools 

Abstract：This paper aims to explore the theoretical basis, importance, existing problems and solving strategies of moral education in rural primary schools. First, the paper defines the basic concept of moral education, and expounds the theoretical basis of moral education, including psychology, pedagogy, sociology and other related theories. Then, the paper analyzes the important role of moral education in rural primary education, including shaping a sound personality, improving social adaptability, cultivating a sense of social responsibility, promoting educational equity and promoting the development of rural education. Then, the paper points out the current problems of moral education in rural primary schools, such as the lag of moral education concept, the weakness of teachers, the lack of moral education resources and the lack of family, school and social moral education force. Finally, in view of these problems, the paper puts forward the solution strategies, including updating the moral education concept, innovating the moral education methods, strengthening the construction of moral education teachers, expanding the moral education resources and constructing the coordination of moral education mechanism of family, school and society.
