由于农村地区经济条件有限,吸引和留住优秀教师存在较大难度,导致农村小学教师总体素质较低,缺乏德育教育的专业知识和教学经验。这不仅影响了德育教育的质量,也制约了德育工作的有效开展。与城市学校相比,农村小学的德育活动经费、设备和教材资源相对有限。本文旨在探讨农村小学德育的理论基础、重要性、存在的问题以及解决策略。首先,论文定义了德育的基本概念,并阐述了德育的理论依据,包括心理学、教育学和社会学等相关理论。接着,论文分析了德育在农村小学教育中的重要作用,包括塑造健全人格、提升社会适应能力、培养社会责任感以及促进教育公平和推动农村教育发展。然后,论文指出了当前农村小学德育存在的问题,如德育理念滞后、师资力量薄弱、德育资源匮乏以及家庭、学校、社会德育合力不足等。最后,针对这些问题,论文提出了解决策略,包括更新德育理念、创新德育方法、加强德育师资队伍建设、拓展德育资源和构建家庭、学校、社会协同德育机制。通过本文,希望能够为农村小学德育工作的改进和发展提供有益的参考。

Abstract
Due to limited economic conditions in rural areas, it is difficult to attract and retain excellent teachers, resulting in lower overall quality of rural primary school teachers and a lack of professional knowledge and teaching experience in moral education. This not only affects the quality of moral education, but also restricts the effective implementation of moral education work. Compared with urban schools, rural primary schools have relatively limited funds, equipment, and teaching materials for moral education activities. This article aims to explore the theoretical basis, importance, existing problems, and solution strategies of moral education in rural primary schools. Firstly, the paper defines the basic concepts of moral education and elaborates on the theoretical basis of moral education, including related theories such as psychology, education, and sociology. Next, the paper analyzes the important role of moral education in rural primary school education, including shaping a sound personality, enhancing social adaptability, cultivating a sense of social responsibility, promoting educational equity, and promoting the development of rural education. Then, the paper pointed out the problems of current moral education in rural primary schools, such as lagging moral education concepts, weak teaching staff, lack of moral education resources, and insufficient joint efforts of families, schools, and society in moral education. Finally, in response to these issues, the paper proposes solutions, including updating moral education concepts, innovating moral education methods, strengthening the construction of moral education teaching staff, expanding moral education resources, and building a collaborative moral education mechanism among families, schools, and society. Through this article, we hope to provide useful references for the improvement and development of moral education in rural primary schools.
