摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展，会计信息化已成为小微企业提升管理效率、优化资源配置的重要手段，本研究聚焦于小微企业会计信息化建设的问题与对策。小微企业在会计信息化建设过程中面临着诸多挑战，如技术问题、管理问题、人员问题以及法律与政策问题等。本文在深入分析这些问题的基础上，提出了相应的应对策略。小微企业会计信息化建设对于提高企业的管理水平和竞争力具有重要意义。其核心要素包括完善的会计信息系统、先进的技术支持以及高效的管理体系。技术创新在推动会计信息化建设方面发挥着关键作用，为小微企业提供了更多可能性。小微企业在会计信息化建设过程中面临诸多挑战。技术方面，企业可能面临信息系统不稳定、数据安全风险等问题；管理方面，缺乏完善的管理体系和制度，导致信息化应用效果不佳；人员方面，员工技能不足、缺乏培训等问题制约了信息化建设的推进；法律与政策方面，相关法规政策的不完善也为企业带来了风险。针对以上问题，本文提出了相应的应对策略。提升技术支持能力，加强信息系统的稳定性和安全性；加强管理体系建设，完善相关制度和流程；提高员工素质与技能，加强培训和指导；完善法律法规与政策环境，为企业信息化建设提供有力保障。小微企业会计信息化建设是提升企业竞争力、实现可持续发展的重要途径。通过解决当前面临的问题并采取有效的应对策略，可以推动小微企业会计信息化建设的健康发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, accounting informatization has become an important means for small and micro enterprises to improve management efficiency and optimize resource allocation. This study focuses on the problems and countermeasures of accounting informatization construction in small and micro enterprises. Small and micro enterprises are faced with many challenges in the process of accounting information construction, such as technical problems, management problems, personnel problems and legal and policy problems. On the basis of in-depth analysis of these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The construction of accounting informatization in small and micro enterprises is of great significance for improving the management level and competitiveness of enterprises. Its core elements include perfect accounting information system, advanced technical support and efficient management system. Technological innovation plays a key role in promoting the construction of accounting informatization, providing more possibilities for small and micro enterprises. Small and micro enterprises face many challenges in the process of accounting informatization construction. In terms of technology, enterprises may face problems such as unstable information systems and data security risks.
