Firstly, the article elaborates on the theoretical fr amework of digital transformation, clarifying the close connection between digital transformation and key elements such as enterprise strategy, organizational structure, and business processes. This close connection reveals that digital transformation is not only a technological innovation, but also a necessary path for enterprises to comprehensively transform and upgrade. Digital transformation significantly enhances the market competitiveness of enterprises by improving operational efficiency, optimizing customer service, innovating business models, and expanding market channels. These functions not only help enterprises cope with rapid market changes, but also create more value for enterprises. The article provides a detailed analysis of compatibility and security issues, structural and cultural changes, skill gaps and training needs, competitive pressure and customer expectations, as well as compliance and data privacy. These challenges require comprehensive planning and response from a strategic perspective by enterprises.
