本文聚焦于新能源汽车企业的财务风险问题，首先对财务风险的定义、分类以及新能源汽车企业的特点进行了概述，为后续分析提供了理论基础。接着，文章深入剖析了新能源汽车企业面临的筹资风险、投资风险及资金回收风险的现状，揭示了企业财务风险的具体表现。进一步地，通过对市场竞争加剧、融资困难、政策变动不确定性及技术风险与研发投入压力等成因的分析，阐述了财务风险产生的根源。最后，针对上述风险，本文提出了多元化市场拓展、建立完善的资金管理体系、密切关注政策动向及加大科研和开发投入等防范对策，旨在帮助新能源汽车企业有效应对财务风险，实现可持续发展。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the financial risk problems of new energy vehicle enterprises. First of all, the definition and classification of financial risk and the characteristics of new energy vehicle enterprises are summarized, which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up analysis. Then, the article deeply analyzes the current situation of the financing risks, investment risks and capital recovery risks faced by the new energy vehicle enterprises, and reveals the specific performance of the financial risks of the enterprises. Further, through the analysis of the causes of intensified market competition, financing difficulties, policy change uncertainty, technology risk and R & D investment pressure, the root cause of financial risk is expounded. Finally, in view of the above risks, this paper puts forward the diversified market expansion, establishing a perfect fund management system, paying close attention to policy trends and increasing investment in scientific research and development, aiming to help new energy automobile enterprises to effectively deal with financial risks and achieve sustainable development.
