Abstract
In the highly competitive catering service industry, employee recruitment has become one of the important challenges faced by enterprises. First of all, due to the characteristics of long working hours and high labor intensity in the catering industry, many job seekers are not highly interested in such positions, and the difficulty of recruitment has significantly increased. Secondly, the high employee turnover rate not only increases the labor cost of the enterprise, but also affects the stable operation and customer experience of the enterprise. In addition, the single recruitment channel, complicated recruitment process and other problems also restrict the recruitment of suitable talents by catering enterprises. To address these challenges, a range of strategies are suggested. First of all, catering enterprises should diversify their recruitment channels and use recruitment websites, social media, campus recruitment and other ways to expand the scope of recruitment and attract more potential job seekers. Secondly, optimize the recruitment process, simplify the cumbersome links, improve the recruitment efficiency, and ensure that enterprises can quickly find the right talents. Thirdly, the salary and welfare should be set reasonably, and the competitive salary and welfare system should be provided, so as to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty, and reduce employee loss. Strengthening staff training and development programs is also critical.
