Abstract
This paper deeply discusses the emotion education in primary school education, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for primary school emotion education through systematic research on the theoretical basis, content and implementation methods of emotion education. The research background emphasizes the importance of emotional education for the all-round development of primary school students in the current educational environment. The current research situation at home and abroad shows that emotional education has become a research hotspot in the field of education. In terms of the theoretical basis of emotional education, this paper discusses the psychological basis of emotional education, including the relationship between emotion and cognition and the embodiment of emotional development theory in primary school. At the same time, from the perspective of pedagogy, it analyzes the position of emotional education in all-round development education, and the relationship between emotional education and moral education, intellectual education, physical education and aesthetic education, and emphasizes the core role of emotional education in students' all-round quality training. The content of emotion education in primary school covers the cultivation of students' positive emotion attitude and emotion quality, emotion cognition education, emotion ex pression education, emotion management education and emotion attitude education. These contents are designed to help students establish correct emotional concepts, improve emotional quality, and lay a solid foundation for future growth. In terms of implementation methods, this paper puts forward some strategies, such as creating an emotion-rich educational environment, integrating emotional education into curriculum teaching, carrying out thematic activities of emotional education and strengthening the coordination between family and school emotional education. These methods help to create a good atmosphere of emotional education and improve the effectiveness of emotional education.
