Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet technology, online education has become a growth point in the field of global education. This article takes LT Online Education Company as an example to deeply analyze its profit model and propose corresponding optimization strategies for the current challenges it is facing. The article first introduces the background, significance, and current research status both domestically and internationally, and clarifies the research ob jectives. Subsequently, the definition of online education, key elements of profit models, and industry profit trends were elaborated in detail. On the basis of introducing the overview of LT Online Education Company, this article provides a detailed analysis of its profit model composition and operating mechanism. The article points out that LT Company faces many challenges in fierce market competition, user willingness to pay, technological updates and iterations, policy and regulatory changes, and brand image shaping.
