摘要

本研究围绕给排水专业与建筑专业配合问题展开,旨在提高两专业在建筑设计、施工过程中的协作效率。分析了研究背景与意义,指出了国内外在该领域的研究现状,并明确了研究目的与内容。随后,详细探讨了给排水专业与建筑专业在建筑设计初期、施工图设计阶段及施工过程中配合的主要方面,揭示了两者在配合过程中存在的问题,如制度和规范缺乏系统性和全面性、培训内容与实际需求脱节、技术应用不足或过度、BIM模型数据质量和准确性问题等。针对上述问题,本研究提出了提高给排水专业与建筑专业配合效率的策略。首先,建议建立完善的配合制度和规范,明确双方职责和协作流程;其次,加强专业人员的培训和学习,提高其协作能力和技术水平;再次,利用信息化技术提高配合效率,如利用BIM技术进行碰撞检测,提前发现并解决设计冲突;最后,针对BIM模型数据质量和准确性问题,提出了加强数据管理和质量控制的具体措施。本研究不仅有助于优化给排水专业与建筑专业的协作流程,提高设计和施工效率,还能为相关领域的研究和实践提供有价值的参考。

Abstract

This study focuses on the cooperation between water supply and drainage major and architecture major, aiming to improve the cooperation efficiency of the two majors in the process of architectural design and construction. This paper analyzes the background and significance of the research, points out the research status at home and abroad in this field, and clarifies the research purpose and content. Then, the paper discusses in detail the main aspects of cooperation between water supply and drainage major and architecture major in the initial stage of architectural design, construction drawing design stage and construction process, and reveals the problems existing in the cooperation process, such as the lack of systematic and comprehensive systems and norms, the disconnection between training content and actual needs, insufficient or excessive technology application, and the quality and accuracy of BIM model data. In view of the above problems, this study puts forward strategies to improve the efficiency of cooperation between water supply and drainage specialty and construction specialty. First of all, it is suggested to establish a perfect cooperation system and norms to clarify the responsibilities and cooperation process of both sides. Secondly, strengthen the training and learning of professionals to improve their collaborative ability and technical level; Thirdly, the use of information technology to improve cooperation efficiency, such as the use of BIM technology for collision detection, advance detection and resolution of design conflicts; Finally, aiming at the problems of BIM model data quality and accuracy, concrete measures to strengthen data management and quality control are put forward. This study not only helps to optimize the cooperation process between water supply and drainage specialty and construction specialty, improve the efficiency of design and construction, but also provides a valuable reference for the research and practice in related fields.
