摘 要
本文探讨了智能化机械制造工艺的相关理论,分析了其存在的问题并提出了相应的优化措施。首先介绍了智能化制造和机械制造工艺流程,接着分析了智能化机械制造工艺存在的问题:生产效率低下、数据采集和分析瓶颈以及智能化程度不足。为解决这些问题,提出了数据采集和分析优化、智能化程度提升、生产流程优化等三种优化措施。本文的目的是为了提高智能化机械制造工艺的生产效率、提高产品质量和市场竞争力。

Abstract
This article discusses the relevant theory and analyzes the existing problems of intelligent mechanical manufacturing process, and proposes corresponding optimization measures. Firstly, the intelligent manufacturing and mechanical manufacturing process are introduced, and then the problems of intelligent mechanical manufacturing process are analyzed, including low production efficiency, data collection and analysis bottlenecks, and insufficient level of intelligence. To solve these problems, three optimization measures are proposed: data collection and analysis optimization, improvement of intelligence level, and optimization of production process. The purpose of this article is to improve the production efficiency, product quality, and market competitiveness of intelligent mechanical manufacturing process.
