摘 要
本文主要研究新技术犯罪，包括其类型、特点、典型案例分析、法律规制下的问题、法律防范手段等。通过对相关国内外研究现状和法律规定的分析，本文总结出了新技术犯罪的主要类型，包括网络攻击、侵犯个人隐私、钓鱼欺诈和网络色情等。同时，也对新技术犯罪的特点和危害进行了深入探讨，并且结合典型案例进行了分析和讨论。本文同时还研究了新技术犯罪在法律规制下存在的问题，并通过案例进行了剖析。针对这些问题，本文提出了一些法律防范手段，包括技术防范手段、机构防范手段和刑事处罚防范手段。其中，技术防范手段主要是通过完善网络安全体系和建设相应防火墙等技术手段，保障个人和企业信息安全。机构防范手段主要是借助于相关机构、企业和组织来联合防范、打击网络犯罪。刑事处罚防范手段主要是采用法律手段来打击网络犯罪，维护社会稳定。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the study of new technology crimes, including their types, characteristics, typical case analysis, problems under legal regulations, and legal prevention measures. Based on the analysis of relevant research and legal provisions, this paper identifies the main types of new technology crimes, including network attacks, privacy infringement, phishing fraud, and cyber pornography. Moreover, this paper deeply explores their characteristics and harms, and discusses them in light of typical case studies.This paper also examines the problems of new technology crimes under legal regulations, and presents legal prevention measures, including technological, institutional, and criminal punishment methods. Technological prevention methods focus on improving network security systems and developing corresponding technical means, ensuring personal and corporate security. Institutional prevention methods involve joint prevention and crackdowns against cybercrime, through relevant organizations, enterprises, and institutions. Criminal punishment prevention methods utilize legal means to crack down on cybercrime and uphold social stability.
