摘 要
本文通过对金刚石车削加工技术的相关理论进行概述,总结了其在应用过程中出现的问题,同时提出了改进方法。在精密度金刚石车削加工技术应用中,存在着车削刀具寿命短、温度控制不到位、车削加工中的振动问题等问题,这些问题会影响加工的效率和精度。针对这些问题,本文提出了选择优质刀具材料、加强温度控制、加强振动控制等改进方法。通过加强车削刀具的刚性设计、选择合适的加工参数以及采取适当的工艺措施,可以有效地提高加工效率和精度,降低车削刀具的损耗率。本文的研究结论具有重要的理论和实际应用价值。

Abstract
This paper summarizes the theory of diamond turning technology, summarizes the problems in the application process, and puts forward the improvement methods. In the application of precision diamond turning technology, there are some problems such as short cutting tool life, inadequate temperature control and vibration in turning, which will affect the efficiency and accuracy of the processing. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward some improvement methods, such as selecting high quality tool materials, strengthening temperature control and strengthening vibration control. By strengthening the rigidity design of the turning tool, choosing the appropriate machining parameters and taking the appropriate technological measures, the machining efficiency and precision can be improved effectively, and the loss rate of the turning tool can be reduced. The research conclusion of this paper has important theoretical and practical value.
