摘 要
城市噪声环境是城市化进程中的重要环境问题之一，具有种类繁多、强度大、范围广、持续性强等特点，给人们的身心健康和日常生活带来很大影响。本论文以城市噪声环境为研究对象，对其特征与影响、监测与评价、治理技术与对策以及改善策略与实践进行了系统的探讨与研究。研究发现，城市噪声环境对人体健康产生了明显影响，严重威胁居民的身心健康，同时还会对城市生态环境、动物和植物、文化遗产等方面产生不利影响。为了改善城市噪声环境，本论文结合国内外的先进实践，提出了多种治理技术和对策，包括源头管理、隔音减振、绿化植被等多种控制手段和方法，并提出了环境保护、社会管控和公众参与的治理策略，以期给城市噪声环境治理和改善提供参考和借鉴。同时，本论文还提出了加强管理体制、扶持产业发展、加大公众教育宣传等措施，从全局上促进城市噪声环境的改善和保护。

Abstract
One of the important environmental issues in urbanization is the urban noise environment, which has many characteristics such as diverse types, high intensity, wide range, and strong persistence, and has a significant impact on people's physical and mental health and daily life. This paper explores and studies the characteristics, effects, monitoring and evaluation, treatment technologies and countermeasures, as well as improvement strategies and practices of the urban noise environment. It is found that the urban noise environment has a significant impact on human health and seriously threatens residents' physical and mental health, as well as urban ecological environment, animals and plants, and cultural heritage. In order to improve the urban noise environment, this paper provides various treatment technologies and countermeasures based on advanced practices at home and abroad, including source management, sound insulation and vibration reduction, and vegetation greening, and proposes governance strategies involving environmental protection, social control, and public participation, to provide reference for urban noise environment treatment and improvement. At the same time, this paper also proposes measures such as strengthening the management system, supporting industrial development, and increasing public education and publicity, to promote the improvement and protection of the urban noise environment from a global perspective.

Abstract
One of the important environmental issues in urbanization is the urban noise environment, which has many characteristics such as diverse types, high intensity, wide range, and strong persistence, and has a significant impact on people's physical and mental health and daily life. This paper explores and studies the characteristics, effects, monitoring and evaluation, treatment technologies and countermeasures, as well as improvement strategies and practices of the urban noise environment.
