摘 要
本文主要研究印刷电路板六轴数控钻床的Y轴零件构造与应用。在文中,我们详细介绍了直线电机、机械手、光栅刻度位移换能器、线型导向器、夹持定位装置、刀具检测设备以及底座等Y轴零件的构造,并探讨了它们在印刷电路板加工过程中的实际应用。为了优化机器的安全性和工作效率,我们提出了一系列安全防范措施,包括操作资格、管理系统、工作服、危险地区以及运行中应考虑的问题等。最后,本文对研究结果进行了总结,并展望了印刷电路板六轴数控钻床Y轴零件构造和应用的未来发展方向。本研究为提高印刷电路板加工效率和机器安全性提供了理论指导和实践借鉴。

Abstract
This paper mainly studies the construction and application of Y axis parts of six axis NC drilling machine with printed circuit board. In this paper, we introduce the structure of Y axis parts such as linear motor, manipulator, grating scale displacement transducer, linear guide, clamping positioning device, tool testing equipment and base in detail, and discuss their practical application in PCB machining process. In order to optimize the safety and efficiency of the machine, we put forward a series of safety precautions, including operating qualifications, management systems, work clothes, dangerous areas and issues that should be considered in operation. Finally, this paper summarizes the research results, and looks forward to the future development direction of the construction and application of Y-axis parts of the printed circuit board six-axis CNC drilling machine. This study provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for improving the machining efficiency and machine safety of PCB.

Abstract
