摘 要
本文以政治人物隐私权与公众知情权的平衡问题为研究对象，分别探讨了两者的基本概念、性质及其关系，并着重分析了传统新闻媒体和新兴网络媒体对政治人物隐私权和公众知情权的侵犯问题。同时，本文还就政治人物泄露个人隐私信息的责任及后果提出了相关对策，包括建立政治人物隐私权的保护机制、加强公众知情权的实现机制、以及制定政治人物隐私权和公众知情权的法律规范等方面。最终，本文旨在为政治人物隐私权与公众知情权的平衡提供一些思路和对策，以实现两者的合理平衡。

Abstract
This article focuses on the balance between the privacy rights of political figures and the public's right to know, and explores the basic concepts, nature, and relationship between the two. It focuses on analyzing the infringement of the privacy rights of political figures and the public's right to know by traditional news media and emerging online media. At the same time, this article also proposes relevant countermeasures for the responsibility and consequences of political figures leaking personal privacy information, including establishing a protection mechanism for political figures' privacy rights, strengthening the realization mechanism of the public's right to know, and formulating legal norms for political figures' privacy rights and the public's right to know. Ultimately, this article aims to provide some ideas and strategies for the balance between the privacy rights of political figures and the public's right to know, in order to achieve a reasonable balance between the two.
