摘 要
随着现代企业市场竞争日益激烈，不确定因素的增加，对企业的风险管理提出了更高的要求。因此，本文以企业风险管理中的风险评估与应对策略为研究对象，探究企业风险管理的实践应用。本文以相关概念及理论基础、风险评估与应对策略的影响因素、企业风险评估的解决问题与优化对策、以及结论等四个方面展开论述。通过对企业内外部环境的影响因素进行分析，提出了风险定位、等级划分及应对策略选择的解决问题和优化对策，为企业的风险管理工作提供了有益借鉴。

Abstract
With the increasingly fierce competition in modern enterprise market and the increase of uncertain factors, higher requirements are put forward for enterprise risk management. Therefore, this paper takes risk assessment and coping strategies in enterprise risk management as the research ob ject to explore the practical application of enterprise risk management. In this paper, the relevant concepts and theoretical basis, risk assessment and coping strategies of influencing factors, enterprise risk assessment problem solving and optimization countermeasures, and the conclusion of four aspects of the discussion. Through the analysis of the factors affecting the internal and external environment of the enterprise, the paper puts forward the problem solving and optimization countermeasures of risk positioning, grade classification and coping strategy selection, which provides a useful reference for the enterprise risk management.
