摘 要
本文提出了一种适用于动车组制造的智能化技术方案,通过设计动车组车间智能制造系统、工艺参数优化与调整、智能质量检测等方法,进一步提高生产效率、降低生产成本、保障产品质量。该方案可以为推进我国制造业的进一步发展提供理论指导和实践基础。针对动车组制造过程中存在的主要问题,并结合智能制造理念和技术,设计了一套动车组车间智能制造系统。通过智能制造系统扩大动车组制造流程实时监控,自动控制和优化,实现工艺参数优化等,从而提高了制造效率,保证了产品制造质量的稳定性。同时,采用智能质量检测技术对包括零部件加工精度,工艺流程复杂度,生产车间无法有效跟踪和监测等方面进行检测并及时反馈和修复,提高了产品的制造质量。该方案是智能制造技术在动车组制造领域的成功应用,为相关领域的进一步研究和实践提供了借鉴和实践的基础。

Abstract
This paper proposes an intelligent technology scheme suitable for EMU manufacturing. Through designing intelligent manufacturing system of EMU workshop, optimizing and adjusting process parameters, intelligent quality testing and other methods, production efficiency is further improved, production cost is reduced and product quality is guaranteed. This scheme can provide theoretical guidance and practical basis for promoting the further development of our manufacturing industry. Aiming at the main problems existing in the manufacturing process of EMU and combining the concept and technology of intelligent manufacturing, a set of intelligent manufacturing system of EMU workshop is designed. The intelligent manufacturing system expands the real-time monitoring, automatic control and optimization of the manufacturing process of the EMU, and realizes the optimization of the process parameters, so as to improve the manufacturing efficiency and ensure the stability of the product manufacturing quality. At the same time, intelligent quality detection technology is adopted to detect and timely feedback and repair aspects including parts processing accuracy, process complexity, and the inability to effectively track and monitor the production workshop, so as to improve the manufacturing quality of products. The scheme is a successful application of intelligent manufacturing technology in the field of EMU manufacturing, which provides reference and practical basis for further research and practice in related fields.

Abstract
This paper proposes an intelligent technology scheme suitable for EMU manufacturing. Through designing intelligent manufacturing system of EMU workshop, optimizing and adjusting process parameters, intelligent quality testing and other methods, production efficiency is further improved, production cost is reduced and product quality is guaranteed.
