摘 要
本论文研究了贪污犯罪的对外追逃问题。在全球化和社会互联网的时代背景下，贪污犯罪猖獗，对经济和社会秩序带来极大危害，所以解决贪污犯罪对外追逃问题，是当前重要的法律问题之一。本论文通过阐述国际追逃法制的发展历程以及贪污犯罪的对外追逃问题概述和法律规定，分析了我国贪污犯罪的对外追逃实践案例和存在的问题，提出了解决的方法和对策，如完善法律法规、加强国际合作和保障司法独立性等。通过本论文的研究，我们可以发现贪污犯罪的对外追逃问题是一个复杂而严峻的法律问题，需要各方面共同努力，才能有效地解决这个问题。

Abstract
This thesis examines the issue of pursuing corruption fugitives overseas. In the era of globalization and social media, corruption has become rampant and poses significant threats to the economy and social order. Therefore, solving the problem of pursuing corruption fugitives overseas has become an important legal issue. This paper elaborates on the development of international extradition law, the overview of the problem of pursuing corruption fugitives overseas, and the relevant legal provisions in China. It analyzes practical cases of pursuing corruption fugitives overseas in China and the problems that exist, and proposes solutions and countermeasures, such as improving legal regulations, strengthening international cooperation, and safeguarding judicial independence. Through the research, it can be seen that the problem of pursuing corruption fugitives overseas is a complex and serious legal issue that requires joint efforts from all parties to be effectively addressed.
