关于中国公务员的奖励制度的探讨

摘  要
公务员激励是提高公务员工作效能、提高政府勤政形象的关键。我国公务员工资体系的改革与津贴补贴的标准化工作,使各部门的公务员在收入分配上实现了公平,但其以职级为主体的薪酬确定方式却使其在某种程度上被削弱。在“阳光工资”背景下,建立健全公务员激励制度,是提升国家行政效能、深化政府部门改革的关键。文章首先阐述了公务员激励的含义,接着分析了当前我国公务员激励机制存在的问题,并就如何健全和完善我国公务员激励制度提出了建议。
公务员的奖励机制在公务员管理体制中具有举足轻重的地位,在调动公务员积极性、提高公务员的创造力方面起到了很好的促进和促进行政效能的提高,并对公务员的管理起到了积极的促进和促进的效果。在经济发展的今天,我们的政府正在经历一场深刻的变革。因此,必须建立一种健全的激励制度,以充分发挥其积极性和创造力,进而提升政府的管理效能。

Abstract
The incentive of civil servants is the key to improve the working efficiency of civil servants and the image of diligent government. The reform of the salary system of civil servants and the standardization of allowances and subsidies in China have made the civil servants in all departments realize fairness in income distribution, but the way of determining the salary based on the rank has weakened it to some extent. Under the background of "sunshine salary", the establishment and improvement of the incentive system for civil servants is the key to improve the national administrative efficiency and deepen the reform of government departments. The article first expounds the meaning of civil servant incentive, then analyzes the problems existing in the current civil servant incentive mechanism in China, and puts forward suggestions on how to improve and perfect the civil servant incentive system in China.
