辽宁省高油酸花生生产发展对策研究

在国内，花生是一种非常普遍的粮食。辽宁省是我国的花生大省，尽管发展较迟，但在全国范围内的种植面积、产量位居中国第一，仅次于水稻和玉米。高油酸花生作为一种优质的食品，已引起人们的重视。辽宁省率先引进高油酸花生，随着经济发展，其产量逐年上升，高油酸花生比一般的油酸花生的价格有一定幅度的起伏，辽宁省的高油酸花生的种植规模呈上升的态势。
以辽宁省、沈阳市、葫芦岛市、锦州市、阜新市、铁岭市、大连市6个样本地区为样本，采用文献查阅、实地调研访谈、问卷分析等方式，对辽宁省花生品种选择、种子用量、病虫害防治、栽培管理等情况进行分析，并分析辽宁省花生生产中的问题，指出当前辽宁省花生品种保纯困难、规模化、标准化程度低、产量及技术水平不够完善等问题。同时，还指出了辽宁省发展高油酸化花生的对策，并建议采用综合种植技术，是当前发展的重点和重点。要实现技术简化，就需要对高油酸花生的种植技术进行改进，并对其进行综合开发，以促进其高产、高产和品质的发展。主要内容有：发展优质高产花生新品种、大力发展农机、打造“绿色”花生产业链、加速培育新品种、增加财政扶持等，以期为辽宁省发展优质优质花生提供参考和帮助。

Abstract
Peanut is a very common food in China. Liaoning Province is the largest peanut province in China. Although its development is relatively late, its planting area and yield rank first in China, second only to rice and corn. As a high-quality food, peanut with high oleic acid has attracted people's attention. Liaoning Province took the lead in introducing high-oleic peanuts. With the economic development, its output has increased year by year. The price of high-oleic peanuts has fluctuated to a certain extent compared with that of ordinary oleic peanuts. The planting scale of high-oleic peanuts in Liaoning Province has increased.
Taking six sample areas of Liaoning Province, Shenyang City, Huludao City, Jinzhou City, Fuxin City, Tieling City and Dalian City as samples, the paper analyzes the selection of peanut varieties, seed consumption, pest control and cultivation management in Liaoning Province by means of literature review, field survey and interview, and questionnaire analysis, and analyzes the problems in peanut production in Liaoning Province, and points out that it is difficult to maintain the purity of peanut varieties in Liaoning Province, scale Low standardization, inadequate production and technical level. At the same time, it also pointed out the countermeasures for developing high-oil acidified peanuts in Liaoning Province, and suggested that comprehensive planting technology should be adopted, which is the focus of current development. To achieve technical simplification, it is necessary to improve the planting technology of high oleic acid peanut and comprehensively develop it to promote the development of its high yield, high yield and quality. The main contents include: developing new varieties of high-quality and high-yield peanuts, vigorously developing agricultural machinery, building a "green" peanut industrial chain, accelerating the cultivation of new varieties, increasing financial support, etc., in order to provide reference and help for the development of high-quality and high-quality peanuts in Liaoning Province.
