摘 要
自二十一世纪开始,伴随着国家经济的飞速发展,电能已作为国民经济的发展基石,并已是国家的一项重大公共工程。随着社会对电能供给的日益增长,对安全的可靠度也在不断地提升。作为电力系统的重要组成部分,调度作为“大脑”,控制着“全身”,调度自动化和信息化研究也逐渐成为当前的研究热点和焦点。笔者公司现有的作业流程管理模式属于手工作业、纸张作业,作业成本较高,人力物力较大,纸张作业不易储存及查询,不能适应智能化电网发展的要求。所以,我们要把电力系统的智能调度和管理工作,用现代通信技术和软件技术来支持电力系统的发展,提升电力系统的调度和管理水平,促进电力系统的安全、可靠的运转,使电力系统能够更好的为经济发展提供更多的信息。
本课题是以笔者公司的生产计划流程管理系统为例,旨在通过开发一种能够有效地提升企业电力生产调度流程的运行效率、促进公司电力市场运行的目标。结合实际情况,对调度日志管理和缺陷管理进行了详细的分析。其次,本文介绍了与实践相联系的四个主要功能。该系统使用了一种基于黑白盒子的系统试验法,对其各项性能进行了检测。在此基础上,通过对该系统的实际应用,对全文进行了总结,指出了论文的研究价值和存在的问题,并对今后的发展与完善提出了自己的见解。

Abstract
Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the rapid development of the national economy, electric energy has become the cornerstone of the development of the national economy and has become a major public project of the country. With the increasing demand of the society for power supply, the reliability of safety is also improving. As an important part of the power system, dispatching, as the "brain", controls the "whole body". The research on dispatching automation and informatization has gradually become the current research hotspot and focus. The current operation process management mode of the company belongs to manual operation and paper operation, with high operation cost, large manpower and material resources, and paper operation is not easy to store and query, which cannot meet the requirements of the development of intelligent power grid. Therefore, we should use modern communication technology and software technology to support the development of the power system, improve the dispatching and management level of the power system, promote the safe and reliable operation of the power system, and enable the power system to better provide more information for economic development.
Taking the production planning process management system of the author's company as an example, this topic aims to develop a goal that can effectively improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise's power production scheduling process and promote the operation of the company's power market. Combined with the actual situation, the scheduling log management and defect management are analyzed in detail. Secondly, this paper introduces four main functions related to practice. The system uses a system test method based on black and white box to test its performance. On this basis, through the practical application of the system, this paper summarizes the full text, points out the research value and existing problems of the paper, and puts forward its own views on the future development and improvement.
